It started with a tap on the shoulder at the "Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow..Little did we know then that it would lead to 45 years of happy marriage with more ups than downs...we still differed about what colour of jumper she wore that night at the dancin..I said it was red and she maintained it was pink..we agreed to differ.. I had the great privilege of "lumbering" her that night.{for the non 60's people, it meant ,seeing her home] That was the beginning of a journey not many people get to experience..But I did!
